central location spacious room friendly service
The hotel location was very central. It was near campanile di giotto. my room was spacious and clean. i found very friendly service from every staff member i met.
the hotel was a little noisy and the parking arrangements felt complicated.

the hotel offered a great location, with access to main attractions. the staff were helpful. the rooms were spacious and clean. i found this very practical.
The breakfast buffet had limited options. I expected more variety. noise from the street was noticeable. I used earplugs. I had to manage it myself.

The happy hour was a joke! i arrived one minute late because i got a bit turned around. they flatly refused to serve me a drink. it felt petty. There's no other food or drink service anyway. also, it was uncomfortably warm. they don't have air conditioning and the fan offered was broken. it was really frustrating

friendly staff amazing variety historical sites spacious room
I found the staff friendly and they arranged taxis for me. My room was very clean. it was spacious. The breakfast offered amazing variety! I was able to easily explore all historical sites.
I missed it by one minute because I got lost. They wouldn't serve me, and the hotel has no other food and drink service.
